WE HAVE TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT AT LEAST 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR TOUR CONFIRMED.
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH REMMITANCE ACCOUNT IN YOUR INVOICE.

All transaction fee and exchange currency difference will be borne to sender.
Your valid payment is the amount arrived in our local bank account.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
PRICE:
The Tour price per person is stated the price list in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). All prices are quoted including VAT. Prices are subject to change. The Tour Price is due at the time of booking.
BOOKING:
Booking should be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. Guarantee payment must given for same day booked. We accept payment through our local bank account.
CONFIRMATION:
We always give confirmation for any reservation made. Booking will not be valid without our confirmation letter.
PAYMENT:
Payment required after confirmation letter sent to you. Please check any term & condition on your confirmation letter. International payment should be transfer via WISE.COM as payment channel to BIZ’s bank account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) currency using type of transfer fee as “OUR”. The only valid payment is amount of money received in our account. Service will not be provided before payment arrive in our account. Customer(s) should be complete all of payment before leaving without exception.
DEPOSIT:
50% Deposit advance payment is requires and can only be pay after we send your Invoice.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Please confirm your payment in order to your booking will be processed immediately.
SETTLEMENT:
The rest settlement or seconed payment sholud be clearance at least on the first day upon your arrival.
GUARANTEE:
We don’t guarantee any quoted price and availability offered still valid before we receive your deposit.
CANCELLATION FEE:
In case you cancel your booking, cancellation fee may applied according to any cost occurred.
REFUND:
No refund after confirmed booking.

VALIDITY:
Reguler package prices prepared base on low/normal seasons price. Term & condition apply for any promotion package. Price subject to change without prior notice for our yearly confidential tariff. During high seasons or peak season surcharge may applied. Please confirm your tour date before drop a booking.
