TERMS OF PAYMENT:

DEPOSITE:
50% Deposite (Advance payment) is requires and can only be made if we have send you Invoice.

SETTLEMENT:
The rest payment (Settlement) sholud be clearance at the first day after your arrival.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Please confirm your advance payment in order to your booking will be processed immediately.

GUARANTEE:
We not guarantee the price offer will still be valid and any availability of all facilities that we offer if the you not guarantee your booking with deposite

PAYMENT:
Payment required after confirmation letter made & send to client. Term & condition of payment applied on your confirmation letter.

CANCELLATION FEE:
In case client cancel their reservation by themselves, cancellation fee may applied according to any cost occurred.

REFUND:
No refund and no reduction given to clients who does not partake in any meal, sightseeing tour, hotel room or transfer services for any confirmed arrangement.

VALIDITY:
Reguler package prices prepared base on low/normal seasons price. Term & condition apply for any promotion package. Price subject to change without prior notice for our yearly confidential tariff. During high seasons or peak season surcharge may applied. Please confirm to us date of your travelling before doing reservation.

BOOKING:
Booking should be made at least 3 days prior to arrival, or maximum 48 hour before your departure. Guarantee payment must given for same day booked. We accept payment through our PAYPAL Account or our BCA local bank account.

CONFIRMATION:
We always give confirmation for any reservation clients made. Reservation not valid without confirmation from RAJA AMPAT BIZ.
