Pianemo is one most popular spot of Raja Ampat located on Fam Islands. This is a place to not miss during a stay in Raja Ampat. Hiking becomes the most popular thing to do, thanks to the existence of several karst hills, on which tourists can climb. As if this were carefully designed and placed with much aesthetic feeling, the rock islets amidst the clear blue water and bright blue sky at Piaynemo offer some of the most breathtaking scenery on the face of the earth. Although this may be smaller in scale when compared to Wayag island, but when you look down from the top of the hill, it almost seems as if Mother Nature has painted her finest artwork here, offering a glimpse of paradise.

Pianemo viewpoint is the most popular spot in Raja Ampat and is used as a cover image for many travel brochures. The viewpoint, in reality, is much better than the pictures, especially if you visit it when the sky is clear. If you’re visiting, do wear comfortable shoes because you have to climb up the cliff to reach the top. There are two viewing platforms on top from where you see a spectacular view of bluish green water and rocks emerging out of it.
